I've just taken out GAP insurance on my new Superb through gapinsurance.co.uk.  The whole quotation and buying process was simple; I dealt with Nicola Peters throughout and she was always really courteous, polite and helpful.  Exactly how customer service should be.

 

The price of the policy made a mockery of the 'deal' the supplying dealer quoted (just over £100 Vs £400).  

 

I hope I never have to find out how good/bad the policy is but I'm pleased so far.
