Are the emblem badges the same throughout the generations? I see on Ebay emblem badges advertised as fitting Octavias 1999-2015 or so. I need a new badge in the front, and I'd like the black and chrome version isntead of the "traditional" green and chrome. Do they make those for the MK1 Octy's? And how hard is it to change the emblem on the boot lid? Because the one on the boot lid is green, and if I go chrome on the front one I should obviously change the rear one.

Yes they fit, i have done it on mine, both of them are hard to remove and after that you have to remove completely the double side tape in order to fit properly the new ones.
