Hi all

I am having problems with the central locking on my Fabia mk 2 2009. The drivers door will not lock or unlock with the fob although the other doors do, I have checked the wiring as far as I can and cant see a problem. I am starting to suspect the solenoid, has anyone experience of this fault and rectifying it. many thanks

It might be time to replace the battery in the fob. Mine has a similar issue & I'm sure it's an issue with fob.

Thanks I will give it a try, but not sure this is the problem because the other doors work with the fob and its the same with the other key.

I'd say your correct, more than likely the drivers door mechanism.
