What do I need to install new head unit in 2009 Skoda Superb?

Hey guys
Getting ready to install a Clarion GPS head unit in my 2009 V6 Skoda Superb but I need a bit of help with what I'll need to get everything to work smoothly.

Found the facia on eBay

Aerpro lists the steering wheel controls harness and a CAN-bus adapter (Allows plug and play installation of head units into CAN-Bus vehicles, generates a 12V Ignition feed)

Will this all work? Retaining controls, indicator noises and functions I need? Also what about the maxidot? Will the names and sources still be displayed?

you'll only need 1 of those adaptors, the first one i should think.
