Had A Go In The New VRS last Week.

Loved it. It's undoubtedly now a more refined car, with a better build quality (finish) but importantly, it's not lost that raw "feel". Having owned both Audi and VW, it's not hard to discern where the design influences come from.

Performace and handling are similar to "old" one. Driving position/comfort better (for me). Seats are great with less light coloured fabric (2 young sons/football/mud/chocolate...).

I had a black one - the looks grow on me but parked next to mine...mine's prettier.

I start a new job next month and I want one. I was genuinely VERY impressed.
