Guys, I would like to apply C5 face and rear on brand new wheels before they are tire fitted and balanced, will this affect balance weights ability to stick ?

Yes quite possibly, although it may not be something that the tyre fitter notices straight away. I'd wait and apply C5 after the tyres are fitted.
