Hello! Got some questions about my new VRS!Can you help?

Hi all! Ive just joined this site today after I have bought a brand new Skoda Fabia VRS(O6) on sunday. So I thought I would join the club! Not overly educated on engine detail and fast cars, but hope to learn!

I have some questions about the VRS I hope people can help me with. They are:

The engine in the car, what can it be compared to?How good is it?

Where can I buy the VRS badge which appears on the front of the grill?

Im after a central armrest for the car, any ideas? I have seen universal ones on ebay, would these be ok?

Hope someone can ansswer these for me.No doubt I will have more when it arrives on the 1st of march!

Hello and welcome! I'm not very techy so i'm probably not qualified to answer your questions! However, the pd130 engine i think is also in several Audi's and i think the Ford Galaxy people carrier but i'm probably wrong cus i'm a plank.

1) Compared to any of the 130 TDi units in the VAG group.

2) From your local dealer?

3) Have a look in the links for JM Butts they do somethng that may help you there

Hi, Partner acquired this 2023 1.0 Fabia last year. So far, the resistor pack for the fan has packed (!) up and the actuator for the fuel flap needed replacing. These were done under warranty. She's had the car back from its MOT and warranty work and now there's a light on the dash saying "check brake lights." The light on the nearside is out and there's only one reversing light, on the offside. Are the rear lights all LED? No bulb I can change? If it is a bulb, how do I get to it? Are th

So had both rear control arms replaced as the bolt was seized so I couldnt get the tracking done..now the tracking place say they can't get the camber inside spec because there is no adjustment for that and it will be OK as toe is good now.. Have attached the results.. Is the camber adjustment not this bolt in the pic..(which stands a chance is seized aswell)

Hello all, I am looking for advice from the hive mind please. We have a 2012 Fabia Scout and it needs new shocks, maybe rear springs too. Most places list these items, but they are the standard Fabia items, and I believe that the Scout has a slightly different spec suspension. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get the correct items please? Many thanks in advance for advice received. Darren
