Bluetooth, Help Needed

I have just bought a superb estate 2011 SE Plus and we cannot get the bluetooth to work, spoke with skoda online and it was definitely factory fitted any ideas please, I would appreciate any help please :sadsmile:

How are you attempting to set up the Telephone? There are loads of guides on here, I found one that advised me that oin mine (2010 Elegance) that the pairing was done via the maxidot display and NOT the satnav/infotainment screen.

I managed to get it working, I disconnected the bluetooth under the seat and reconnected it and it worked OK. We were able to connect the wife's phone no problem. Thanks for asking :)
