Servicing

Is is possible via the values in VCDS to determine when the car is going to prompt that it needs a service? Say like in kms, or days?

Can't you just check the service menu in the infotainment? Unless I have misread the question, I'm not sure why you'd need VCDS to check?

Does it show when you will need a service, when you don't currently require one?

What I want it to say is something like 'you're going to need a service in 700 days' or whatever

Yeah it will tell you in days and miles (or km) when the next one is due.

It's under the car setup menus then Service. Not sure if lower trim models have a basic infotainment which might not show it.
