Help please... the doors lock/unlock switch (middle console, in between the two front sheets) in my wife's Yeti doesn't work! Literally does nothing. Anyone has any idea what might be? 

It only unlocks doors after they have locked (but then I don't use it much if at all)

It will also lock them if they are unlocked.

Wow! I have wasted half its potential, only using it to let the Lioness

into the vehicle after it has offended her by locking her out!

If the maxidot has been set to lock the doors automatically when you move off, then pressing the switch to lock them won't do anything.  Could that be what's happening in this case?

 

You can also have different maxidot settings for different keys.  Could she have started using a different key which has unfamiliar maxidot settings, as above?

 

If it's not that then a trip to the dealer might be in order.

You can also shut your windows and fold the mirrors with it too....

Dirty connections within the switch is quite common on the Octavia.

I have a canbus error on all my doors and the only thing that doesn't work is my internal central locking switch.
