my 2011 superb Columbus entertainment center does not let me change from German to English, it dosent seem to upload.

any help would be appreciated thanks

Fairly common fault. Can be either software corrupted, hard drive ronnied, or main board fault. If you're handy with a computer then the first one will be something you can try yourself, if it's the second or third fault then you'll need it looking at unless you're really handy with electronics. Or you could send it to me for a repair.

How can I check if its the first scenario software corrupted? It seems the Map is correct and can input a a post code which will give you directions but no commentary, also the Radio cannot find stations in any mode or my stored music on the HDD cannot be accessed any help would be appreciated.
