Octavia vRS Combi MK II DRL Issues

Hi all,

I hope I could get some help here.

I'm from Singapore and I'm driving a Octavia vRS Combi MK II.

So problem I'm facing is regards to the DRL...

When my headlights are off, the DRL is very dim.

But when my headlights are on, the DRL is turned off.

Previously when I go the car, it works this way as below-

Headlights OFF - DRL is BRIGHT

Headlights ON - DRL is DIM

For this settings, the taillights are always ON.

So I had someone to assist me to remove the settings to have the taillights to be off even thou the DRL is on.

After doing so, I'm have the issue now.

Headlights OFF - DRL is DIM

Headlights ON - DRL is OFF

We have tried many ways to check VCDS. Is there a way that I could reset the lighting system for the car to have it revert back to its original settings?
