Hi folks,

 

After about a year of saving, keeping an eye on autotrader and just generally maintaining a slight obsession about the vRS I finally picked up a 66 vRS 230 about 6 weeks ago. Ever since I've been as careful as I can be with choosing a parking location which had been working... until yesterday.

 

Despite what I thought was a decent distance, the adjacent car at full reach was still able to do this to one of the rear doors.

 

I live in Renfrewshire, near Glasgow and work in Aberdeen. Can anyone recommend a bodyshop to take it to for repair? Also, and idea on cost?

Don't take that to a body shop...

 

A dent puller can easily pull it out and with a good polish it will be almost invisible.

Agreed, a dent specialist should sort that for you.

 

I feel for you bud - you care for and look after your pride & joy and some uncaring, unthinking plonker who doesn't give a monkeys for anyone else's property not only dents your car, but then doesn't have the decency to leave a note!

Thanks guys. I found a good dent puller for my wife's car so I'll give him a shout. I figured with it going through the paint it'd need a respray. Phew!
