Columbus voice issue

Dears,

 

I have occure an issue today with my columbus on my Octavia O2 1Z3 facelift 2012. The columbus can't play any voice from Radio and Media except the voice controle.

Columbus is starting normally and can her the Bip of menu selection. I have reset the Bluetooth module idem. I have Radio speakers diagnostic via VCDS, All tests are passed and speakers respond correctly.
