Fabia vrs lightweight or aluminium wishbone?

Hi first post... As title suggest are there any of  these available on the market? Seems anytime i try searching, all the threads and rear bush related, i already have rear and front wishbone bushes in polly.

I know the aluminium audi tt lower arms can be fitted to golf mk4 but there must be something for the fabia's that gives a good feel of the road and stability???
