Amp problem, wont turn on

Featured Replies

Hello!

It seems I found the end of my (weak) talent in electronics.

So here is the problem: I managed to make my amp work for a while (like 1 week top) and everything was working fine.
But one day, it stopped working and now I don't really know where to look...
-I checked the fuse on the amp, but it was fine (I replaced it nonetheless)

-I discovered I needed a fuse on the cable, so I added one (but the amp was already not working before adding it)
-I think I get some juice because when I touch the end of the power cable there's sparks, soooooo.....
-The ground is good (Put it under the passenger seat, and did sand it down to bare metal)
-The REM wire seem fine

I also made a little picture (with paint! Yay!)

I hope someone can help me to, at least, start looking somewhere...

My head unit is a JVC KD-G501 and my amp is a Kenwood KAC-645

Thanks for any help!
