No DAB and quite expensive (same price as blaupunkt with less features)

I hear Beckers are great but the display on that one looks like an afterthought

Just want to change the head unit (8 speakers in the car and they will do for now) for a decent cd/radio/mp3/cdr maybe 6 disc changer in my Superb ....double din space is there to be used....... apart from that it must have a black facia and have green lighting to match in ....nothing bright silver and I have gone past having flashing lights everywhere.

I know I am opening the floodgates here...... but what do you recommend?

When you guys say 8 speakers, so you mean there are actually 8 woofers and 8 tweeters in the car? or 4 woofers and 4 tweeters?

Alpine are excellent....been thinking of getting my hands on one. Silver though, so it will stick out...so you can either paint your surrounds silver, or get the framer of your HU sprayed mattblack.

Hi Mil

4 bass 4 tweeters (as standard ) for an oldie like me it will be plenty good enough  the symphony unit in there is driving me nuts.....not exactly user friendly ......going to see the ebay one today (hopefully) so I can see how well it will blend in
