Back on 15 May, I reported that I'd found a towbar fitter that knew about Yetis.  And I was right.

 

Had the towbar fitted this morning at Phil Taylor Towbars Ltd of Horndean.  Very impressed - what a professional firm who are polite and know exactly what they are doing in the minimum of time.  They started on my Yeti at 09:50 and it was all done by 11:10!  They even apologised for taking longer than usual as they were a man-down!  And that included full coding.

 

The fitting was followed by Ben giving a comprehensive brief on how to fit and properly secure the detachable towball, plus a list of which fuse did what, etc.  Impressive.

 

Ten minutes before they finished mine, a 66 plate Yeti arrived for the same treatment.  Ben reckons he has 'done' over 200 Yetis.

 

I cannot fault these Guys - and Pam runs the office and makes a lovely cuppa.

 

Other than being a very satisfied customer, I have no connection with this company.

 

Happy towing, fellow Yeti owners.  Summer seems to have arrived..........

A nice feeling when you get good service because it seems so rare, but it shouldn't be.

The company that fitted mine were great though not as quick as yours but I couldn't fault them.
