Mine is the 2015 vRS tdi hatch, just wondering what the front disc size is as I've read conflicting things. Also are they a large single piston caliper or a twin piston caliper?

The front discs should be 344 mm, ( Smallest wheel which will fit is 17" ) later models from around Aug/sept 2016 -> went to a smaller front disc.

Just from looking I guestimated about 340mm so 344mm sounds right.

 

I had read somewhere that later cars got smaller front discs.

I think it was before then, my VRS 4x4 was registered in March 16 and it had the smaller disks
