Been reading through this forum lately and its full of insightful and informative posts, so I thought I'd step out of the shadows and join.

 

I drive a 2011 Octavia vrs. Bought it as our family car because of its large boot. Never thought I'd have a skoda, but I've fallen in love with it. My misses however absolutely hates the spoiler! 

Hello Jun welcome to the Skoda forum you can't help who or what you fall in love with it may take a little time for the misses to come round to seeing how useful the Octavia  is and the spoiler won't mater any more my misses said to me many a time a car is a car nothing else that is how it is her .

Welcome Jun!  I agree with JED, I think the practicality of the Octavia will win her around!!

I should have got an estate too. But I bought my vrs hatchback on a whim and if I'd searched around for the vrs estate I wanted, my considerably more sensible other half would have talked me into a more frugal engine!
