Smartgate on MY17 - problems

Hi people!

 

Does anyone know where the Smartgate in the MY17 Superb is located? I read that I can try disconnect and connect the Smartgate to reset it. Does it work?

 

I try to connect it, but my telephone just find DIRECT-SMARTGATE_123456. And 123456 is not my last number in the WIN-number. When I try to connect, I just get wrong password... :(
