Anyone know where I can get the clips alone, they are rusting through and I am about to loose the flaps, stealer wants to sell whole kits, flaps the lot ?

Are they genuine Skoda flaps you have on?
I thought they were just screwed on.

Genuine have screws and clips.

 

My clips are missing* so I'd like some too

 

*I bought and fitted them properly to my first yeti, but the dealer fitted new to my second rather than me move them from one car to the other. The mechanic at the dealership didn't bother with the clips.

Yes they are genuine fitted at PDI.

The mud flaps will NOT fall off if the small, insignificant clips aren't there. I didn't fit them on my last Yeti, and they were on for 5+ years and I haven't fitted them on this car either.

No you cannot buy them as "spares".
