Hi, I have a spare wheel taken from a 2015 fabia, measures 185/60 r15,  can it be used as a spare for my octavia sport which only has an inflation kit.

195/65 15 is the standard fit for the Octavia. The one you have is narrower and lower profile which makes it quite a bit smaller than what you have on already. Better than nothing I suppose but I wouldn't do much distance (or speed) with it.

 

Whether it will fit and clear the brakes will depend on the actual wheel size and offset. 6x15 et43 and et47  are listed so if it is around that it should fit (or you could just try it)

The Fabia wheel has a pcd of 5x100mm, the mk3 octavia is 5x112, so unfortunately it won't fit.
