Improving My Brenderup Camping Trailer .....

Featured Replies

We got rid of our Caravan, muttering never more, but we like camping (fair weather only)

to this end we have a camping trailer. Unfortunately the load is subject to a "grinding" action

wearing holes in bags and covers, does anyone have any good suggestions on how and what

to line the trailer with?

It may be worth finding out if the trailer manufacturer sells one or if there is a trailer camping forum who may be able to advise you on a solution.

I don't have a trailer, but I had a similar experience with finding a suitable boot liner for my Octy Scout. I tried numerous generic boot liners, all of which I had issues with; poor fitting, poor quality et al. Eventually I splashed the cash for a tailored fit boot liner and apart from the annual interior deep clean, it has never been removed from the vehicle. The total cost of the various generic boot liners was really not that far from the cost of the tailored fit one.

I had a similar experience with finding a dog guard before I eventually fitted the Škoda one, which I had initially discounted as "too expensive, I'm sure  I can get a cheaper one!'.

Good luck.
