door silver trim rattling and vibration

Hello fellow octavia owners,

My problem is that whenever i want to listen to my music this silver plastic piece on the passengers side door rattles and vibrates like a SOB .

It's not loose or anything, but when i press it with my fingers the rattling stops. Any ideas how to make it firm, tight and tidy?
