My Skoda Octavia 2002 ambiente, hazards don't flash when I lock and unlock

Hi Skodians! really sorry by mistake I put this thread in the suggestions,since I am a newbie I wasn't aware.My Octy ambiente 2002 model the fuses of the turn signals and hazards had gone so I had replaced them.Now everything is fine and everything works all the turn signals everything alarm gets armed and interior lights come on when unlocked and stuff.But only one problem is that when I lock and unlock the hazards don't flash but everything else works.Had just taken it to the electrician but couldn't find the problem he had checked everything he says the problem would get sorted out on its own.
