Looking at pulling the turbo out of my 1.9 ATD Fabia as it's going into limp mode with overboost and I'm fed up of fiddling around with Mr Muscle every few weeks.

 

Are there any instructions on pulling it out and which gaskets, bolts etc will need replacing before it goes back in?

I did that job on my sharan 1.9tdi - the only gaskets to replace were the oil pipe outlet and exhaust manifold. I replaced the the nuts holding the exhaust to the turbo as well as they'd had it. Inside the turbo theres nothing to replace - it just needed a good clean. I still use mr muscle as well every now and then and it does help.
