Sinclair in Swansea is a bit of a funny dealer,  I'm not totally sure about them.  Took two cars out for a test drive with the intention of buying one, however, I had the feeling that we were interrupting the sales advisors day.  He gave very little guidance in the features of the car we were test driving.  I would say as in much he didn't want to sell us the car! He low balled the P/X then upped it by £500 when I pointed out that webuyanycar would give more!  It should be noted we currently own a Skoda which was bought from a skoda dealer in England.  I said that I would go away and think about the offer, no shaking of hands, no passing of business card, no do you mind if I call you in a couple of days.  However, last year I booked a services and like another poster I booked online.  I ticked a box saying I would like to be dropped in Swansea, received a  phone call to be told that they don't have drivers in on a Saturday so couldn't be dropped off!  So I cancelled and they lost out on at least £249 of business.  I have also contacted them to fix a tyre I bought to my car, the price I was given was £84 to fit one tyre I bought!  The good thing about them they fixed my heated seat button which popped out for nothing.  Would I use them again hmmmmm?

Seems a lot more negatives than positives, it I suppose depends a lot on the distance to the nearest dealer. Where did you buy a car from anyway and who did the service?
