Well the limiter kicks in at 4K Revs as well, when i got my car back from skoda for the oil fixes i did this a lot for a few weeks (testing the sound) and im convinced it burnt one of the denso plugs.

Sorry not an answer to the question.

?

Give me a laugh please though,  WTF would they want to have it any different from it is now?

Why not just sit and rev it in N or P until something gives up the ghost.

Yeah I know the guy also wants launch control.

My cousin is an auto gearbox specialist so I have a vague understanding of the clutches and I know how much they cost so it doesn't make sense why someone would want to have the charger in at all times and launch control.

Uprated Clutch Packs and software for the DQ200 DSG are available and have been used around the world, so that sorts out that weakness.

As to then launching the Supercharger is there from 800RPM anyway and then the Super & Turbo up to 3,500 rpm.

So go Stage 1, 2 or even 3 Plus with the Engine and a Uprated DQ200 and you are sorted.

Simple if typed quick and cheap if you have all the gear and more than just an idea what you are doing.

Newbie69 might be along if he spots this, he had lots of work done by those that knew what they were doing.

Standard cars or Stage 1 / Tuning boxes fitted ones do OK without Launch Control.
