Air con pump question

Hia just after some advice plz. From cold my Fabia vrs makes a strange rubbing noise but goes after a few seconds. The cam belt was done 20k ago, it all looks ok with covers off, the inside of air con pump keeps turning if the air con is turned on or off. Is that normal cos with other cars the inside of pulley is still, until the air con is turned on then the middle turns with pully, any ideas, many thanks

Skoda Scala slave cylinder locaton for 1.0 model

Is the skoda scala slave cylinder concentric and located inside the gearbox for all models, or is it just the 1.5 engine which doesn't have it on the outside of hte gearbox? I'm seeing different reports about whether the gearbox needs to be removed to check or replace it on a 1.0 litre engine.

2017 octavia 2.0 tdi . smoke from exhaust, whistling noise from turbo, burning oil. smoke looks whiteish/blueish. turbo pipes all ok. burning alot of oil. no fault codes or eml lights. only light on dash is orange oil can light

First time starting a project thread, bear with me... Heard about this Roomster not too far from me that might be heading for a scrapyard, and decided to try to acquire it. My brand new superb has a software failure : Side assist unavailable Lane assist unavailable Front assist unavailable Travel assist unavailable Protective occupant unavailable Dynamic sign unavailable Dynamic cornering light unavailable it has only done10 miles and am told there is no fix as of yet and has been in the dealership since I picked it up 5 weeks ago. anyone else have this problem?
