I have a question if anyone had any problems with buying Columbus from Vagtec?

I have bought a Columbus on http://vagtec.co.uk/eshop/ and it was installed by a professional who kows his job perfectly: www.mtl.si

Everything was working fine for two weeks and then when I have switched to navigation a problem was made

"Starting navigation" in it goes on and on and it never ends.

After calling to the shop they knew about this problem and that they have solved it already and that they will send another unit with new softwear and everything will be alright.

after a long time and calling planty of times they have send it after almost one month.

Again reinstal, www.mtl.si has made again everything perfect and after a good week, the same problem has came araound.

After calling, disputing, mailing, ... a lot of promises made from seler and waiting for three months they do not want to answer anymore.

 

i have a columbus without working navigation. If I wouldn't want the biggest navigation, I would stay with Bolero mounted in Octavia.

 

if anybody from You could help me solve this problem, I would be very greatfull.

Just give them time to answer. They're answering a bit harder, but they are. I also have a Columbus mib1 bought from them, but so far, so good.
