Hi all,

 

I had to replace the oil filter housing as a thread was stripped. Got a second had one off eBay. Used new bolts and gasket. 

 

Its leaking significantly. Like a good flow of oil past the gasket. Has anyone has such a problem? Just making sure I've not missed anything...maybe the sealing face is warped? Looks like a another new housing / repairing the thread on the existing one. It was fine before. 

 

Any help much appreciated.
