They are probably cheaper elsewhere but if anyone is interested Skoda dealers are now selling these for Fabia and Octavia as an approved accessory,they are

Only problem is that you loose the ability to operate a CD changer as well, although personally this would not bother me!

(The Audience will need to have Changer control turned on)
