Fabia mk1 big brake upgrade

Featured Replies

I have a fabia vrs 2006 and want to do the 312mm front upgrade what can I take these parts from and what will I need also what rear brake upgrade can I do?

Most of the parts would be taken form a MK1 octavia vrs or 1.8t 150bhp.  The equivalent golf, leon and A3 would also fit.  They should bolt straight on IIRC.  There should be fitting guides from around 2003 on here if you search.

For the rears, I would not worry too much as the fronts do most of the braking and they are more than likely the same parts as on larger engine models anyway.

If you're stripping them off a Mk 1 vRS you may as well get the 256mm rears as well, they're almost as big as the fronts on a stock vRS and you probably won't notice the difference, but it's always good to have more than you need.
