Which RossTech cable for superb II FL & Kodiaq?

Featured Replies

Hi all.

Just a quick question - whats the cheapest ross-tech interface I can get away with for use with a 2013 Superb and a new Kodiaq?    Could I use a MicroCan?   Or does it need to be one of the newer interfaces?  Do they need K line as well as Can?

I'd prefer not to have a limit on the number of cars which seems to be the way they've gone.

I can see they have a trade in scheme but I'm not sure if its worth using on an old hex-usb by the time I've posted to them and possibly been hit with duty/vat on the new one.

Any suggestions?

thanks

With a new Kodiaq AFAIK you're going to need either a HEX-NET or a HEX-V2 to be able to access all the modules in the car.

Thanks.

I'll get on to ross tech and see what I can do as an upgrade.   I spoke to Gendan but my old one is apparently so early that it doesnt have a serial number and they cant quote.
