Hello I'm after some help.

 

I've ordered to led puddle lights for the wing mirrors but my vrs is a 14 plate and don't have them.

 

I've took the mirror apart and cut the shape out ready which was pressed in the casing. 

 

The bit I'm struggling with is there isn't a wiring loom in the casing for the light. 

 

Are all the door wiring looms the same behind the doorcard?

 

Has anybody else do this mod

@Ant-Vrs did you get anywhere with this? Any reason they can't just be piggy backed off the interior dome light?

The door wiring looms on MQB are different..& it need to do back to that doors BCM.....& you ned to make certain you have the correct BCM...as there are different "levels" of BCM..usually for folding wing mirrors & puddle lights you need the "highline" BCM...
