DIP BEAM FAULT.

As mentioned, just for info .

 Few months ago, passenger side low beam failed, so I bought a bulb. Before I had chance to change it, it came back on, so I put it down to gremlins, apart from the PITA of getting into the fitting. Next thing- lamp out, so I decided to take battery out and change lamp.

Problem was that connector was fused to bulb. Plastic melted ,as if the holder had developed a bad connection . But local motor factor had a solution for a couple of £. A connector with tails. Hardest job was crimping the connector into the wiring loom, due to lack of space .
