Heated seats retrofit wiring - need explanation

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to retrofit heated seats into my Fabia mk2 FL. I almost got all the parts noted but I'm struggling with electrical schematics. I can't find anywhere what are the B346, B341, 366 and 368 markings in ELSA schematics. They are noted as main wiring loom connections but that doesn't tell me anything, especially when retrofitting. Maybe someone with more knowledge than mine could explain it better to me? For example I'm not sure where does this relay (J826 = Relay 449) pin connect to (Pin 1 -> B346):

Same goes with another schema. This seems to be the cockpit light but I'm not 100% sure:
