Hello I was hoping someone can help me I have a Skoda Octavia vrs  2006 the problem I have is when I put the fans on I can hear the blower but not air through the vents but when I put it the recirculation mode the air comes through the vents but when I put it back on normal mode there's no air coming out the vents I have tried to reset the vents by holding the econ button and the face air direction button I can hear the vents resseting but I still don't get air coming out the vents I hope someone can help thank you. 

Pollen filter choked??

Yes I've checked that it was quite bad I'm getting a new one tomorrow i just wondering if there was anything else thank you for replying
