Database help please??

Featured Replies

Hi I hope there is a Microsoft Access genius out there?

i have created a database with all the vehicle inspections I have carried out.

Among other colombs, I have: Date of inspection, and a tick box wich I click when all the jobs that are keeping the vehicle from being servicable are completed.

It is on a form I have made, But I want to set it up so that when I click the completed box, it will run a macro or similar, that will look at the date entered for the inspection, and ensure it is NO more than 28 days prior to that. If it is over 28 days, then it will display a message box.

Please please help.:)

You will need to write a bit of VBA code based on the "change" property of the tickbox(es). I'll be happy to assist, if you need. PM me offline and we can discuss.
