I was going to update my navigation to get a updated map. i ordered CD's so i could do this job. When i put in the disk for map update i just get the message Error CD/DVD and the disk pops out.

I thought that there could be something wrong with the disk and i burned the files to a new disk, but it still happens :/ 

This usually happens with copied discs. I suggest returning it to the seller and get your money back.
