Fabia 2001, 1.9 TDI PD, 100 hp, which fault code reader?

Featured Replies

Hello everybody,

I haven't been here for a while. I still drive my skoda fabia, nearly 10 years I've had the car. I used to have an usb cable that I connected to my laptop. I used it to read abs fault codes. I'd like to get one of those fault code readers on ebay. The price range £18 to 25 but I don't know which one to buy. Some of them are not compatible with diesel engines before 2004. But does it matter if I want abs fault codes? Which one would you recommend, or maybe somebody wants to sell one?

Regards,

Simon

Hi Simon.

Check out the Maxiscan MS309. I bought one from e-bay for £14.89 and it works really well on my yeti. Works with diesel engines from 2001.

Regards Joe
