Do Skoda UK read their emails?????

Featured Replies

Hi

I have a query regarding extended warranty. I went to the Skoda website and made my enquiry on the correct contact us page of 'extended warranties'.

This was approx 2 weeks ago - NO response whatsoever. Just one more example of how Skoda unfortunately do not seem to care or have any particular interest in its clientele.

I note they have a section for complaints - this I might try (when Today's additional query) if no response once again.

Perhaps that will be ignored also??

In general I've found few car dealers read emails even when it's relating to sales. I wouldn't be surprised for a manufacturer to be just as bad.

I got a great response when I emailed Skoda uk about the bonnet on my Fabia Monte Carlo. A couple of days after I emailed them the manager of the dealership rang me up apologising about the problem and inviting me round to check and book it in to be fixed.

What you have to remember is that there is not, never has been and never can be anything wrong with Skoda, the dealer network or the cars -  Case Closed.

If you persist in arguing we would just like to remind you Case Closed.

Once you get the hang of this you will have no issues.

Not just car dealers and manufacturers! Wrote a email of complaint to Waitrose about our local branch. Had a reply two weeks ago saying they'll investigate. And guess what? Nothing!
