Hi All

 

Was out in the VRS last night and noticed that the dash was dim and the Speedo needle did not light up so I couldn't see my speed.

 

I assume it's a bulb needing replaced.

 

How do I do this? Is it easy to replace?

Could it just be the dash illumination needing to be turned up? 

No, it's like the right hand side illumination has gone off and the needle for the Speedo doesn't light up.

 

It's likely they are both fed from the same bulb.

 

The left hand side (rev counter) is fine.

I may be wrong but I seem to recall a few threads about changing the colour of the dash illumination and this involved some LED replacements. Not an easy job...... 

Hopefully yours turns out to be a bulb though.

Thanks. That is very helpful.

 

A bit fiddly but do-able. I may have to replace more than the faulty one to make sure the colour is the same as the rest.
