Octavia Scout MK2 Front Power Windows

Can someone please help? I have a problem with my front power windows they have both stopped working with no erratic problems leading up to the failure. When I click on the main control switch I get a clicking sound and also the same when pressing the passenger windows switch.

I have checked the obvious and the fuse is okay, so there must be power going to the switch for it to make a clicking sound at the electric window motor on both doors.

I have also removed the front passenger electric motor and the window moves freely, so no issue with the mechanism.

Are there any additional relays or fuses for the front power windows? As this does seem strange that both have failed at the same time, I thought it could be power issue and not getting enough amps to power the motors hence the clicking sound.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
