Scout front coil spring

Featured Replies

Hi just woundering does any one know the correct part number for the front coil spring 2010 scout 2.0 tdi sv10nsj

As i have rang a couple of places today and they have quoted from £30 per spring to 100 per spring so I will assume the cheap ones are not for the scout

My local skoda dealer can't

Get any till next week and wouldn't give me the part number thanks for any help

Probably too late, but here is what is listed on my receipt after I had my OSF Coil Spring replaced at a Skoda dealer in Dec 15.

Code

52                    SPRING

627780510     (Please note the first two numbers quoted are very poorly printed, so the number may not be entirely correct.)

Total Charge for Concern       168.54    (this is before VAT is added)

I had a look on carparts4less and they had 2 to choose from the 2nd one mentioned the scout model so I orders 2 of them and that is the code number on the box 627780510 £120 For 2 deliverd sachs make I will fit them next week some time thanks ..

If you are going for aftermarket you need to tell them it’s the 4x4 with off road pack, otherwise new spring will be too short.

It mentioned the scout saying suitable

Should be ok if it mentions Scout, size it up it against the original before fitting.  My mechanic mistakenly  fitted the non scout ones to the rear of my Scout. It was bottoming out with the caravan hooked up, and at night I was blinding other drivers.

cheers Mark
