Erratic idle revving going up and down

Got a problem with a 2006 vrs seems over Rev when the engines warm the idle seems to up and down , I have checked the maf and that seems fine any help on this would be  Grately appreciated thanks . I have upload a picture

When you say you checked the maf, did you do that by logging data?, if so could you post up the results
