Evening all

 

Managed to buy a genuine Octavia vrs 18” space saver wheel/tyre, plus jack, toolkit and foam insert for £70, never been used, from an almost new VRS that was written off. 

Pretty chuffed with that, didn’t fancy using the foam repair kit, only thing I’m missing is the black plastic retaining bolt to secure the wheel in the well. Any ideas of the part number?

Superb, cheers! This forum is great, I wasn’t sure if that was the correct part since it doesn’t specify compatibility, now assuming every VAG car uses the same one?

You stated you had a MK III Vrs so thats the one I looked for.  This place is quite good for Part numbers

£13 for the bolt, so £83 total for the whole spare wheel kit and tools, very happy with that
