Hi there it looks like im going to have to remove the plastic trim where there the handle for the bonnet release is.

Does anyone no how to it.

Have to take the handle off first: think there's a clip on the underside that slides out, then the handle comes off, then you can get to prying the floor/side trim bit off. Can't remember which way round it is, but doing it properly, I think you have to take the base of the B pillar trim off as it covers a screw or something. Depends on why you're taking it off, you might get away with just popping the front of that door sill/a pillar trim under the handle if you don't have to remove the whole thing.

I need to look in the a pillar to see if there's water in there

I'm struggling to get this handle of I can't see any clip underneath.
