How many 2005 registered Mk1 1.8T vRS estates are there out there ? I have had one 8 years and never seen another.

Mine is silver.... so we have two ! it's funny how they are all 'up north' - maybe people are too snobbish down here in the south.

Not a 2005, but a 2003 in Red with 102k on the clock and still going strong. It could do with some TLC on the body work, the usual faded bonnet, rust on the tailgate, and several other war wounds caused by the previous owner. Though having the odd dent here and there gives it character. 

Thanks for replying - mine has just short of 90k on it and still goes like a bomb ! Yes it has some marks, but very little rust, the rear calipers are getting 'sticky' and the heated rear window is broken but there is nothing I cannot sort if I try !  I just wondered how many were left and the websites are a bit vague on estates - they were a very late addition to the range I am told.I once got talking to a guy with an Audi TT - same engine - and he said his has over 200k on it and is as good as the day he bought it new.....

2003 with 125K on the clock, in the inconspicuous yellow!
